Cooper Sellers is a long time health enthusiast, who earned his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science at Georgia College and State University. He began his career in the field of physical therapy working in a hospital and sports rehabilitation settings. Though he found his time in physical therapy rewarding, he wanted to help people reach their fitness goals and actually see results more efficiently. For this reason, he became a personal trainer and developed UrPTatHome. Now, with over 11 years experience in the fitness field, he leads a team of professional and qualified personal trainers dedicated to bringing a healthy lifestyle right into your home. Cooper has a long history in athletics, including college basketball, and understands the value of training and putting in the work to reach challenging fitness goals. He believes that a crucial part of achieving one's desired health is self-confidence, and as such, his personal mission is to provide his clients with encouragement and positive reinforcement in order to create that self-confidence they so need.
Michael Ware has been in the fitness industry for 10 years working with in- home clients as well as athletes looking for that competitive edge. Mike is a American Sports Fitness Association certified personal trainer as well as a certified ASFA strength and conditioning coach. He also holds a certificate as a CrossFit Level 1 coach. He is motivated to help people live a healthier lifestyle.

Antonia has always had an interest in exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. Diet and nutrition have always been an integral part of her belief in an overall wellness program. Her journey began when she joined several dancing groups as a kid. This lead to her interest in kickboxing, which is now one of her favorite sports. Antonia is an American Sports Fitness Association certified personal trainer, engaged in helping others achieve their best by using their own bodies as a fitness tool and taking advantage of a variety of body-weight exercises. Through her experience in this industry, she knows there is no substitute for healthy eating in conjunction with weight management. These keys areas paired together create an excellent package for a successful path to a healthy lifestyle.
